Prices
Prices are quoted on an individual basis, subject to garment style and the amount of printing and/or embroidery required. VAT is charged at the current rate, where applicable
Placing orders
Orders can be placed via email, over the phone or in person at our shop. A job number is generated, and you should use this in any correspondence in relation to your order.
50% deposit is required with all orders and the balance is payable on completion prior to shipping/collection of goods. Payment can be made by card, BACS, cheque or cash.
Delivery
Because demand fluctuates throughout the year lead times vary accordingly (typically between 2 and 3 weeks for off the shelf items and 6-8 weeks for made to order garments). Whilst we will always try to accommodate short deadlines we strongly advise placing orders as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Returns and cancellations
The Consumer Contracts Regulations that came into force on 13th June 2014 exclude “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification” and the decorated items we supply fall into this category.
Off the shelf items:
Once the deposit is paid and your goods ordered, should you wish to cancel or change your order prior to any embroidery or printing, a re-stocking charge will apply for any garments that we need to return to our suppliers.
Once the items have been embroidered or printed it is not possible to cancel any part of the order whether items have been despatched or not. Returns are not accepted and refunds will not be given for decorated garments unless the goods are faulty.
Made to order garments:
Once a deposit is received for made to order garments and work has begun or fabric ordered, the order cannot be amended or cancelled under any circumstances. Deposits are non-refundable on all made to order goods.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
When you supply artwork for printing or embroidery, you warrant that you own the intellectual property in that artwork or have the right to reproduce it. It is your responsibility to obtain authorisation to use any copyrighted or trademarked material. We will not be liable for any infringement of copyright and you agree to indemnify us against all liabilities for infringement of any third party copyright or intellectual property rights arising from our reproduction of artwork provided by you.
